Ang Asosasyon ng mga Dalubhasa, may Hilig at Interes sa Kasaysayan (ADHIKA) ng Pilipinas, Inc., ay magdaraos ng Ika-23 Pambansang Kumperensiya sa Kasaysayan at Kalinangan na gaganapin sa Nobyembre 28-30, 2012 sa Function Hall ng Guimaras Tourism and Information Office, Jordan, Guimaras.
