First Metro-wide High School Student Leaders' Congress

The National Union of Students of the Philippines (NUSP) will conduct its First Metro-wide High School Student Leaders' Congress with the theme, "Think Big While Young: Walking the Road to Genuine Change," on May 19-20, 2011 at the SOLAIR University of the Philippines, Diliman, Quezon City. This congress aims to provide the participants the following:

1. discussions on contemporary social issues;
2. lectures on youth empowerment; and
3. training in basic skills for effective student leadership.
   

The participants to this activity are members of high school student councils/governments/federations and unions from Metro Manila.

A registration fee of Six Hundred Pesos (PhP600.00) will be charged to each participant to cover food, accommodation and training kits.
