How to Insert Dollar Symbol ($) in Microsoft Word?

With or without a keyboard, you can make or insert a dollar sign ($) in your Microsoft Word document.

You can insert a dollar symbol ($) in Microsoft Word by any of the three (3) options below:

Option 1

If you have dollar ($) in your keyboard, the $ sign you can see above the number 4 button in your keyboard, you can insert that in your Microsoft Word Document by holding the Shift button while clicking the number 4 button.

• Hold-press Shift while clicking number 4 button = $

Option 2

• Alt + 36 = $

Option 3

If the number 4 button in your keyboard is damaged and you can't be able to use it, you can insert the dollar sign ($) by just copying any of the dollar signs ($) below:
