Before going to the BDO branch, you should bring your valid id (photo-bearing and company-issued or government-issued id). If you don't bring a valid id, your withdrawal transaction will be denied. So, make sure you bring it.

The first thing to fill-up in the BDO Withdrawal Slip is to check the TYPE of Account you want to withdraw from. Example, check the Savings if you want to withdraw from a Savings Account. Or check the US Dollar if you want to withdraw from a Dollar Account.

Account Name - this could be your Name, or a Business Name or a Company Name. If you register for BDO account under your Name, then write your Name. If you register under a Company Name, then write the Company Name.

Account Number - enter the 10 digit or 12 digit BDO Account Number (example: 003280356542)

Amount in Words - write the amount of money you want to withdraw in words (example: Five thousand pesos only)

in figures - write the amount of money you want to withdraw in figures (example: ₱5,000.00)

Step 3

Fall-in line and wait for your turn. If you are a representative of a business or company, you don't need to fall in line. You have a special privilege to go directly to the teller and withdraw right away. Give the withdrawal slip and your valid id to the teller.

Then wait for the teller to verify your ID, validate the transaction, prepare and count the money for releasing.
