Here's a simple procedure on how to load your CIGNAL Cable account through a CIGNAL Reload Prepaid Card.
Use your cellphone or mobile phone.
1. Text CIGNAL <PIN> <Cignal Account Number> and send to 5353 for SMART and SUN subscribers.
The PIN is the number you can see at the back (reverse side) of the CIGNAL Reload Card.
2. You will receive a text message that confirms your request.
After successful loading, you can inquire about your load expiry by:
1. Texting CIGNAL EXP <Cignal Account Number> and send to 5353 for SMART and SUN subscribers.
2. You will then receive a text message on the expiry date of your load.
If you want easy loading, register your CIGNAL Account to your mobile phone:
1. Text CIGNAL REG <Cignal Account Number> and send to 5353 for SMART and SUN subscribers.
2. After successful registration, you can now load your CIGNAL account by just texting CIGNAL <PIN> to 5353.
Charges:No need to re-type your CIGNAL Account Number when loading.
