How to Pay CIGNAL Bills Through BPI Online Banking

As we know, MediaScape, Inc. is a company in the Philippines that offers CIGNAL HD and CIGNAL Digital TV. To date, MediaScape, Inc. uses only one (1) online banking payment option for their CIGNAL subscribers. That is paying through BPI (Bank of the Philippine Islands) online banking. If you have a BPI bank account enrolled in BPI's online banking facility, you can use it to pay your CIGNAL bills. Do you want to know how to pay your CIGNAL bill (postpaid or prepaid) through BPI online banking? Follow my simple procedures below: Before we go on, I assumed that you already have a BPI account enrolled in an online banking service. To enroll your BPI account to its BPI online banking facility, this article might help you: "How to Apply for BPI Online Banking?". If you have no BPI online banking account, you cannot do this procedure. Let's start.

1. To pay your CIGNAL bills, go to BPI website: http://www.bpi.com.ph. And then log-in to Online Banking. See the red check in the picture below. Click that link to log-in. You will be redirected to new web page. Enter your User ID and Password in the log-in form. Click Submit to log-in.




2. Go to the Payments & Reloading Menu > Bills Payment > Enroll All Other Bills. See picture below:





3. You must enrol the company name "MEDIASCAPE, INC. (CIGNAL)" as your merchant. Then fill up the form. Fill in the following fields:

Your ATM Card Number: 9123xxxxxxxxxx
Joint Account Indicator (JAI) No.: 2-digit number located at the lower right corner of your ATM card right across your name.

Company Name: MEDIASCAPE, INC. (SIGNAL)
Reference Number: Put your CIGNAL account number here.

Then click the Submit button.

4. After you have successfully enrolled "MEDIASCAPE, INC. (CIGNAL)" as your merchant, you can now pay your CIGNAL bill(s). Go to the Payments & Reloading Menu > Pay Bills Today.  Enter the necessary information:

• Choose "MEDIASCAPE, INC. (CIGNAL)" as merchant
• Enter the amount you want to pay. This depends on the subscription package you avail. Example: 250, 390, 590, 990 or 1290
• Select your BPI account where the amount to be paid will be debited.
  

Click "Submit” button. Click "OK” when the confirmation dialogue box appears.

A confirmation page appears after a successful bills payment. This serves as reference of your transaction. You will then also receive a confirmation message to your email. You can also check your email.
