Registration shall be at the division offices and shall start on March 5, 2012 and end on May 25, 2012. The Division Testing Coordinators are directed to submit the actual number of registrants to NETRC on or before May 31, 2012.
Division Testing Coordinators shall be in-charge with the evaluation of documents and shall see to it that documentary requirements of each registrant are complete, specifically Forms 137/138, Birth Certificate and two (2) 1x1 pictures.
Using the data on school registration of out-of-school children and youth who are our primary target clientele, the Philippine Educational Placement Test (PEPT) will be administered to them to determine their grade/year level placement. Hence, they will be encouraged to avail of learning modules prepared by the BALS, BEE and BSE or any other learning resources available at the region/division. These would enable them to upgrade their academic level for re-entry into formal school, job entry, job promotion and self-fulfillment.
Authorized NETRC staff shall deliver and retrieve the test materials and monitor the conduct of the test.
School personnel who shall be assigned to administer the test shall be given one (1) day service credit as per DepEd Order No. 53, s. 2003.
The schools division/city superintendents (SDSs) shall identify the testing center/s for the test.
