Registration shall be at the division offices (DOs) until May 31, 2013. The Division Testing Coordinators (DTCs) are directed to submit the actual number of registrants to NETRC on or before June 3, 2013.
The DTCs shall be in-charge of the evaluation of documents and shall see to it that documentary requirements of each registrant are complete, specifically Form 137 (Secondary) /Form 138 (Elementary), birth certificate, and two (1x 1) ID pictures.
Using the data on school registration of out-of-school children and youth who are the primary target clientele, the PEPT will be administered to them to determine their grade/year level placement. Hence, they will be encouraged to avail of learning modules prepared by the BALS, BEE and BSE or any other learning resources available at the region/division. The schools division/city superintendents (SDSs) are directed to ensure utilization of the test results by assisting them to re-enter the formal school in order to finish/complete the basic education program.
Authorized NETRC staff shall deliver and retrieve the test materials, and monitor the conduct of the test.
School personnel who shall be assigned to administer the test shall be given one day service credit as per DepEd Order No. 53, s. 2003.
The schools division/city superintendents (SDSs) shall identify the testing center/s for the test.
