Go Teacher, Go!

The University of the Philippines-National Institute for Science and Mathematics Education Development (UP-NISMED) announces the airing of its radio program entitled "Go Teacher, Go!” This will be aired on DZUP 1602 KHz every Thursday at 4:00 p.m.
The program aims to provide teachers with different instructional methods, materials and learning activities to improve the teaching of Science and Mathematics at the elementary and secondary levels.

The hour-long program features resource persons who are knowledgeable in the fields to the Department of Education’s Basic Education’s Learning Competencies in Science and Mathematics.

The elementary and secondary teachers from both public and private schools are encouraged to listen to the said program.

The DZUP, the official radio station of the University of the Philippines-Diliman broadcasts over at 1602 kHz on AM Radio at 5 kilowatts from Monday to Friday and can be heard all over Metro Manila and as far as Bulacan, Pampanga, Cavite and Laguna. The station’s tagline is "Matinong Usapan para sa Maunlad na Bayan.” It is also heard on-line at www.dzup.org.
