In connection with the celebration of the 2012 World Teachers’ Day, the Education Network Philippines (E-NET Philippines) will hold the All Teacher Leaders Assembly with the theme "My Teacher My Hero: Uplift the Teachers Condition” on October 15, 2012 at the Bulwagan ng Karunungan, DepEd Central Office, DepEd Complex, Meralco Avenue, Pasig City. This will be led by the teacher organizations Action and Solidarity for the Empowerment of Teachers (ASSERT), the Basic Education Sector Teachers Federation (BESTFED), the Teachers Dignity Coalition (TDC), and the Teachers Inc.
This activity will be participated in by the teacher delegates/representatives from the aforementioned teacher organizations.
Participation of both public and private schools shall be subject to the no-disruption-of-classes policy as stipulated in DepEd Order No. 9, s. 2005 entitled Instituting Measures to Increase Engaged Time-on-Task and Ensuring Compliance Therewith.
