The National Historical Commission of the Philippines (NHCP) will
conduct the Social Studies Teacher Congress on May 7-9, 2012 at a venue
to be announced later.
The Congress aims to: - discuss the K to 12 Curriculum for Araling Panlipunan; and
- form a national association for the Basic Education Social Studies teachers.
The invited participants to this activity are the Social Studies teachers from both public and private elementary and secondary schools. Each participant will be charged a registration fee of Two Thousand Pesos (PhP2,000.00) inclusive of kits, lunch and snacks.
