As part of the celebration, the 2nd Manila International Literary Festival will be conducted on November 16-18, 2011 at the Ayala Museum in Makati City. The festival will feature the award-winning foreign and Philippine authors in panels, lectures, and performances highlighting books, reading, and writing craft.
