Customer Service Representatives - Financial Accounts

Responsibilities:

Call Center – The CSR :Customer Sales Reps interact with customers through phone calls. Customer Sales Representatives provide answers to inquiries involving a company’s product or services to enhance the level of customer satisfaction. You will communicate with the customers to respond, follow-up and resolve issues. You will be dealing with customer feedback and determine action on the customer’s request.
