Instructional Design Writer / Training Curriculum Developer

This person is an important member of Brady Manila’s Training Team and is responsible for designing training programs and developing curriculum and content for both instructor-led and computer-based trainings

Qualifications

·         Graduate of Education, Psychology, or Training course

·         At least 3 years of experience in training, curriculum writing, or learning and development

·         Solid understanding of adult learning and effective instructional strategies in instructor led and/or blended learning environments

·         Experience in developing engaging and effective training programs and activities

·         Able to write training assessments and evaluate training effectiveness

• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Able to work with experts in HR, Training, Quality, and Sales
• Able to work independently and with teams
• Excellent English communication and writing skills
• Comfortable with learning new technologies and content
• Comfortable working in the night shift
