This person is an important member of
Brady Manila’s Training Team and is responsible for designing training programs
and developing curriculum and content for both instructor-led and
computer-based trainings
- Perform training needs analysis and
design programs to address knowledge and skill gaps
- Determine the most effective delivery
of content for required training needs
- Collaborate with trainers and SMEs to
conceptualize training programs
- Write training materials like
curriculum plans, presentations, facilitator guides, job aids, and assessments
- Write content for blended learning and
e-Learning formats
- Design activities that enable learners
to participate and construct knowledge in both instructor-led and e-learning
sessions
- Evaluate training programs from content
to effectiveness
Qualifications - Graduate of Education, Psychology, or
Training course
- At least 3 years of experience in
training, curriculum writing, or learning and developmen
- Solid understanding of adult learning
and effective instructional strategies in instructor led and/or blended
learning environments
- Experience in developing engaging and
effective training programs and activities
- Able to write training assessments and evaluate training
effectivenes
- Proficient
in Microsoft Office
- Able
to work with experts in HR, Training, Quality, and Sales
- Able
to work independently and with teams
- Excellent
English communication and writing skills
- Comfortable
with learning new technologies and content
- Comfortable
working in the night shift
