How to Unlock BDO Online Banking Account?

If your entered wrong or incorrect user ID or password for several times (usually 3 times), chances are your BDO online banking account will be automatically locked.

The locked status of your BDO online banking account can be easily UNLOCK thru the following steps:

Step 1

To unlock your online banking account, go to BDO's official website - www.bdo.com.ph,

Then go to the following:

You will be asked to input your user ID. Enter your USER ID. If you forgot it, then it's best to call BDO Customer Service.


Step 3

If enrolled with an ATM Card or a Checking/Savings Account, you will be asked to input a One-Time Password (OTP) plus the last 4 digits of any enrolled ATM card or Checking/Savings account.

After providing the correct information, you will receive an email containing the temporary password.

If enrolled with a credit card only, you will be asked to input a One-Time Password (OTP). You will then receive an email containing the temporary password. The temporary password is valid for 72 hours.
