Good day Dear Mr. Jayanti Nathan! How are You? I'm from Uzbekistan. I've three children. I was born in Tajikistan, but then moved to Uzbekistan. I've been living here for 20 years, and work as a EL teacher. But as I'm a foreigner I can't get citizenship. I've a passport without citizenship, it is called stateless. I'd send an application for ITEC to India, but they refused because of my (stateless) passport.
I've failed from MTCP TOT for ELT teachers last year too. But this time I could hardly find information about the ELT course for 2013 only now. That's why I think it is too late for sending an application.
Dear Mr. Jayanti Nathan! Can You offer me any kind of ELT courses to attend in Malasia? As it is strictly demanded us to develop EL proficiency and to get foreign country certificate, I must improve my english, otherwise I can loose my work. May be in Malasia also a person with stateless passport are not recieved for study? With great respect and best regards! Mrs.Kakhorova Mukhabat.
