The Course is designed to equip participants with the theoretical knowledge and practical skills which will enable them to design and deliver effective, content-relevant, and professional development training.

- Creative Pedagogy;
- Facilitation Skills, Strategies and Techniques;
- Managing and Motivating the Client;
- Trends and Issues in ELT Professional Development;
- Reflective Practice;
- Personal Professional Development;
- Adult Learning Principles; and
- Managing Feedback.
The target participants to this course are ELT professionals working at the primary, secondary and tertiary levels who are tasked with conducting professional development training.
