- provide a forum for examining critical issues in education that affect the nation;
- provide an opportunity for pre-service and practicing teachers to share research findings on new trends, experiences, and best practices in teaching and learning;
- strengthen institutional goals in research and encourage dissemination and utilization of research findings;
- identify emerging challenges and opportunities which may lead to the development of new strategies in educational policies, plans and programs, and mobilization of resources; and
- build a community and network of researchers and educators to develop plans for future actions.
The abstract shall be submitted via e-mail not later than August 15, 2011. Owners of abstract that will be accepted shall be notified via e-mail by August 31, 2011. It should contain 250-300 words, full paper 8-10 pages including table and references, with arial or times new roman font size 12. All accepted research papers will be included in the conference proceedings.
The conference fees are: (1) PhP3,500.00 per person for on-site registration; (2) PhP3,000.00 per person for early bird on or before September 30, 2011; (3) PhP2,500.00 per person for those who register in advance; student rate shall not apply during on-site registration.
