Robotics in Focus

The Educational Production Management Services (EPMS), in its effort to bring better educational information on the core subject of Information and Communication Technology (ICT) and Science, invites the school heads/administrators to be its partner in promoting robotics in the schools dubbed as "Robotics in Focus." This activity aims to:

1. provide the students and teachers with the new learning experience that would enhance the teaching-learning process through the use of modern technology in order for them to become globally competitive;
2. provide wider horizon among students and teachers into application of technology to research;
3. develop competent teachers to teach robotics;
4. enhance and discover new talents of students and teachers in the field of robotics;
5. lessen the expenses of the schools in conducting robotics trainings for teachers; and
6. prepare the students and teachers for national and international competitions in robotics.
   

The EPMS will conduct trainings/workshops which are not expensive and risky on the part of the students in the schools.

A registration fee of Two Hundred Fifty Pesos (PhP250.00) will be charged to each student to defray expenses for the transportation of equipment, devices, and services of the technical crew and trainers. The Twenty Pesos (P20.00) of this amount will be given to the school to defray expenses for electricity when the equipment will be utilized. The teachers may attend the training/workshop without additional charge.
