I have Globe as my ISP. There was a service interruption that lasted for nearly 2 MONTHS. That means no internet (no email, no messages, nothing whatsoever) for 2 MONTHS. Now the service is back up but only at a rate of .24mbps or so. I WOULD NOT ADVISE ANYONE TO GET GLOBE AS THEIR ISP.

Do you have the list of the best provider of internet in the Philippines?

This is an utter waste of time, the whole rank is based on consumer base rather on the services, rates and the general feedback of customers. And seriously? Smart Bro is ranked number 1? Pfttt, hahaha. Move here in Korea to experience real internet.
