I receive comments of my other article "How I Pay My Globe Broadband Internet Bill Online" by some of the Globe's subscribers. They are telling that there are problems on Globe online bills (broadband, landline/telephone, mobile bills). Online bills are not updated. Payments made doesn't appear or reflect in their Globe online bills after 3 or even weeks of online payment. In short, there's a long delay of payments appearing in Globe online bills.
The truth is even I experienced this kind of problem. We are calling the attention of Globe. If you read this, please address and solve this problem. It might be very small problem for you but it means a lot for us to act on this little problem. We would be glad if a Globe's representative will comment or tells us about this matter below in the comments.
We would be more loyal to Globe if such attention is given to us.
