Globe Online Bills Problem: Payments are not Updated

I'm going to write this article not to insult Globe services but to express some sentiments of Globe subscribers regarding Globe online payment bills service.

I receive comments of my other article "How I Pay My Globe Broadband Internet Bill Online" by some of the Globe's subscribers. They are telling that there are problems on Globe online bills (broadband, landline/telephone, mobile bills). Online bills are not updated. Payments made doesn't appear or reflect in their Globe online bills after 3 or even weeks of online payment. In short, there's a long delay of payments appearing in Globe online bills.

The truth is even I experienced this kind of problem. We are calling the attention of Globe. If you read this, please address and solve this problem. It might be very small problem for you but it means a lot for us to act on this little problem. We would be glad if a Globe's representative will comment or tells us about this matter below in the comments.

We would be more loyal to Globe if such attention is given to us.

Please, Globe! Pay attention to my complaint. I have been going to Going to your globe branch in SM Fairview still hoping you will update my payment on my other account. I have made pymt using you payment machine but ob the process your machine just hang up. Poor me, my 1k remained floating in your system since Jan28. Can't you do anything abt it? I'm starting to hate Globe. I always receive my bill via mail and recently they attached a notice they'll start charging extra 25 pesos to those who are not billed online. I made several attempts to access their website and eventually managed to open an account yet i'm still unable to enroll for paperless billing. After few clicks in their homepage, I always get Page Cannot Be Displayed error message. I have my credit card and smart plan online and i don't get the same problem. I may have to switch provider soon.

This mail is with regards to the bill you sent through my email in the amount of 1890.00 php...As I remember I already had
the payment thru LBC Express Inc. ,Gingoog City Branch in the amount of 1,095.00 last April 15,2012 with the acknowledgement receipt no. GNGO1037000001971.

In this connection I am appealing your office to update the payment I have ,and it is therefore understood that the remaining account that I have is only 795.00...

really disappointing globe! always error on the online billing and u cant even get a rep when calling 211! really globe? really? after all the hidden charges and everything bad customer care, u add up these hassle? to top it all, reps and supervisors telling me that my globe super unli599 is all in, then i receive a bill that it is on top of my original bill?!?!?! are u serious???
