The Philippine Dental Association (PDA) will hold its 25th Mindanao Area
Convention on October 2-4, 2013 at the Astoria Plaza Hotel, Zamboanga
City.
The Convention aims to deliver to the government and private dental professionals in Mindanao the current thrusts and updates on the practice management of dentistry and introduce various approaches to strengthen the delivery system of quality oral health to the community through the Public Private Partnership (PPP) and the scientific sessions would benefit the participants to earn continuing education units (CEU) that is mandatory for the renewal of the Professional License as prescribed by law. All government dentists assigned in Mindanao from both public and private elementary and secondary schools are invited to join in the said activity. Participation of both public and private schools shall be subject to the no-disruption-of-classes policy as stipulated in DepEd Order No. 9, s. 2005 entitled Instituting Measures to Increase Engaged Time-on-Task and Ensuring Compliance Therewith.
