An electronic copy of the high resolution photos of the paintings should be emailed to the Philippine Embassy in Tokyo at phjp@gol.com on or before June 21, 2011, for initial screening. The Embassy will select ten (10) paintings to be the official entries of the Philippines.

Size of Artworks - For pictures/paintings: 100 cm. x 100 cm. or below. Collaborative art works are not accepted. Each art work must be done by one (1) individual entry.

Requested information about the young artists/students:
• Name of student
• Name of school
• Title of artwork
• Size of artwork
• Medium used
• Picture and picture data of artwork (high resolution)
• Return address for artworks
Requested information for the winner student:
• Name of winner student
• Name of accompanying guardian. Winner student and his/her guardian shall provide their names and dates of birth in printed on their passports for visa application on June 25, 2011.
The winner will be invited to travel to Japan to personally take part in the Festival on July 27, 2011, wherein the winner will deliver a brief speech.
IFAC will provide the winner and his guardian the following:
a. Round Trip/Return Economy Tickets;
b. Accommodation for three (3) nights and four (4) days;
c. Transportation to and from the airport/hotel;
d. One (1) day guided tour of Tokyo; and
e. Prize money (US$ 500.00) or its equivalent in Japanese yen.
