Participants of the other events/contests not included in Item No. 4 need to pay a registration fee in cash. (Please see Enclosure Nos. 1-6).
Additional Information regarding Sining Pambansa 2012:
- The official regional delegation shall be composed of fifty (50) student-participants and ten (10) regional/division/school officials;
- Each member of the official regional delegation shall pay a registration fee of One Thousand Pesos (PhP1,000.00) to cover management and overhead expenses. The Registration fee and travel expenses of the members of the official regional delegation shall be charged to local funds (region, division, school funds) or other sources of funds subject to the usual accounting and auditing rules and regulations;
- Other interested individuals who are non-members of the official regional delegation may coordinate with the designated coordinator who will make arrangements regarding accommodation or board and lodging with any of the following:

The traveling expenses of all the contestants, coaches and members of the official regional delegation shall be charged to regional/division/local/school funds subject to the usual accounting and auditing rules and regulations.
The Regional Coordinators shall send the names of the participants to BSE, Attention: Ms. Rosalie B. Masilang and/or Ms. Melinda P. Rivera and other BSE Specialists/Focal Persons as stipulated in the enclosures at telefax no.: (02) 632-7746 or (02) 632-7586 not later than April 2, 2012.
