we are based here in Cebu City, please check our landline unit, 414-1628, we have access to internet yet our phone is not functioning, for quite some time already. could not find the landline number of your sm city cebu office nor can we contact through mobile phone the number 211. i think the landline unit is defective and requires immediate replacement.
hope you could attend to this complaint as soon as possible as we badly need the landline phone as well in case of emergency as we have a senior citizen at home.

nag apply po ako ng plan dyan sa office nyo, pero hanggang ngayon wala pa po akong nareceive kung wen ko ma avail yon, tapos na rin po ma verify ang application ko.
