I use Verizon outside the ph. Now when i arrive.knowing that bayan tel. Is now owned by globe. This is so disaster and so slow. I also use this mobile network few years ago and the same thing is. Now accepted that everything that globe has is junk when it comes to services

I apply Globe Plan P999.000 last Wednesday (29 July 2015), but up to this date, still my phone is not activated, and its already more beyond 24 hours.... Promises are made to be broken (a promise used by politicians) not supposed by a customer agent/s.

about my bill plan plan 1,099 homebroadband
before I apply I ask your personal the chubby one I forgot his name,
I ask him if my payment monthly will only p1,099 nothing more?
I ask him twice and he answered yes only p1,099
and again I ask him for the 3rd time are u sure only p1,099 only
and again he answered yes,
but how come when I received my bill its p 1,667.84
