According to official statement of LandBank in their website, "LANDBANK Cards are issued to cardholders upon opening of the account; however, cards for joint accounts are issued three (3) days after account opening."So you can claim right away your LandBank ATM Card on the day when you open your LandBank ATM account.
But personally, based on my experience, I was able to claim my LandBank ATM after 1 week when I open an account.
So it depends on the branch where you open your ATM Card. But if you badly need the ATM Card right away, you must tell the LandBank employee that you want to get the ATM card right away because of emergency or whatever reasons you have.
