magnum 4wd automatic tranny won't shift

magnum 4wd automatic tranny won't shift I have a 94 Dakota 5.2L magnum 4wd automatic tranny won't shift from 1st to 2nd till you get 29-30mph and from 3rd to 4th at around 40-42mph not sure what to do
