"Well said Mayer, I don' think I could put it any better.

I'm glad that the first place I read this news was here on a site that deals mainly with fixing things that Steve Jobs has helped create.

I was a small child when the first Apple came out, dad went and bought a later model for his school, learned how to use it himself (as Mayer said there were no techs) and in the holidays we had it at our house. Still remember being amazed by them. Took me 30 years to get my own...as I've said before, I don't know what I did before then, they have literally changed my life/style.

There are so few great thinkers out there that manage to have their ideas turned into reality, it makes Steve an awe inspiring person. Let's hope that he has inspired someone else to live their dream."

I Don't really care that this post is 7 years old. I'm still paying my respects. Either way, Steve Jobs was a good man. I think he would actually stand up for repair, anyone feel that devices were more repairable around his time? exactly. Then Tim Crook took over. he was probably a good secretary under the control of Steve but now apple is the biggest anti-repair company. I feel this would've upset Steve Jobs. Well, I hope you lived a good life. you definitely lead an inspiring life.
