Boston Acoustics Recepter radio died

Boston Acoustics Recepter radio died This was a nice radio but it just stopped working. What might be the steps to diagnose the problem? I am FAR from being an electrical sort of guy but I am persistent. Any advice is appreciated. Thank you. answers:
