Job Responsibilities

Qualifications:

·         A bachelor's degree Human Resource Management, Sociology/Social Science, Psychology or equivalent

·         Knowledge on employment laws and regulations in the Philippines

·         Ability to maintain the highest level of confidentiality

·         Considerable knowledge of principles and practices of personnel administration

·         Effective oral and written communication skills

·         Ability to work in fast-paced, multi-tasked environment

·         Excellent interpersonal skills.

·         Willing to work on night shift schedule and Holidays
