If you sort the table from highest to lowest population, the one with the highest population is Cebu City with 922,611 total population. Second is Lapu-lapu City with 408,112 total population. And third is Mandaue City with 362,654 total population.
On the other hand, if you sort the table from lowest to highest population, the one with the lowest population is the municipality of Tudela with 11,296 total population. Second is Pilar with 11,308. And third is Alcantara with 15,160.
POPCEN has not yet surveyed and gathered data for the total population of Cebu for year 2016 onwards. As soon as the latest data is released, we'll update this post.
