For PLDT POSTPAID LINE
This is a PLDT landline/telephone service with regular monthly charges. It can be either for Business line or Residential line.REQUIREMENTS FOR NEW POSTPAID PLDT LANDLINE/TELEPHONE APPLICATION
- For Business Line - for Single Proprietorship, the applicant must be the owner. For Corporations, the applicant must be the authorized officer of the Company.
- For Residential Line - applicant should be the customer applying for the telephone service.
- Valid ID - for confirmation of identity.
- Accomplished customer information sheet.
For PLDT PREPAID LINE
This is a PLDT landline service without monthly charges. Customer shall load a prepaid card in order to use the line. Customer is charged through auto-debit on the loaded prepaid card for every outgoing calls made through the phone. This service is limited for residential use only.Once approved, charges should be paid at any PLDT Business Office or designated PLDT partner bank or payment channels.REQUIREMENTS FOR NEW PREPAID PLDT LANDLINE/TELEPHONE APPLICATION
- Applicant should be the customer applying for the telephone
- The applicant may apply through the following: by calling 171, visiting any PLDT Business Offices, by sending application letter or e-mail addressed to customer@pldt.com.ph
- Have your ID available for confirmation of your identity. In case the applicant cannot apply in person, he may send an authorization letter duly signed by him and should attach to the letter a photocopy of the applicant's Valid ID. (e.g. Company/Government ID, SSS, GSIS, TIN, PRC License, Passport, Driver's License, etc.)
- Indicate your contact telephone number/s.

- Installation charge (whatever is the prevailing rate)
- For Prepaid Line
