The Technology Innovators, Educators and Learners Association of the
Philippines will conduct the 2012 National Robotics Competition and
Exhibition on January 21, 2012 at the TriNoma Activity Center, Quezon
City. This event is in partnership with various technology and Robotics
Education providers in the country and abroad such as Genetic Computer
Institute, Pinoy Robot Games, Data Science and Technology Corporation
and Inex Robotics from Singapore.
This activity aims to bring awareness to many learning institutions and educators of the advances which are being developed in the field of Robotics Education. Aside from the main competition, the following sub-events will also be conducted: - Free Robotics workshop for students (prior registration is required);
- Free Robotics/Science and Technology Curriculum benchmarking with Singapore schools dialogue – for teachers (prior registration is required);
- Robotics display and exhibits; and
- Exhibits of various Science, Mathematics, English teaching and learning technologies.
This competition is open to all robotics experts, educators, learners and enthusiasts from various schools all over the country.
