The congress aims to raise a whole new generation of sports writers through proper equipping from the country's foremost sports journalists. It will prepare them not only for the upcoming press conferences but also for a potential career in the world of sports media. The participants are the school paper advisers, school/campus journalists from elementary and secondary schools and professional journalists from both public and private sectors. The ticket for registration fee costs Five Hundred Pesos (PhP500.00) per participant, which include congress kit and Identification Card (ID).
