1. present the local short video which are child-focused;
2. pick up children’s thoughts and opinions through forum and discussion;
3. provide them a venue to generate awareness about the new genre, innovations, and formats linking education with culture and development issues among children; and
4. boost the social marketing of NCCT as the country’s policymaking body mandated to promote children’s television and media education.
All elementary pupils and secondary students are invited to view the showcase of videos.
The Festival is free for all invited pupils, students, parents, and teachers.
Participation of both public and private schools shall be subject to the no-disruption-of-classes policy as stipulated in DepEd Order No. 9, s. 2005 entitled Instituting Measures to Increase Engaged Time-on-Task and Ensuring Compliance Therewith.
