Instructional Strategies for Using Technologies Insided the Classroom | 1:30 - 3:30 pm | This session will discuss best practices in using technology for students with special learning needs. It will focus on the concept of Universal Design for Learning applied to technology. |
Technology Workshop | 3:45 - 5:00 pm | This workshop will focus on developing a technology-integrated lesson plan and designing/developing the corresponding materials for its implementation. It will showcase its technology-integrated lesson plans. |
The seminar deals with developing technology enhanced instructional plans for students with special learning needs. Various teaching strategies and electronic materials will be discussed with focus on their applicability for different disabilities. The topics of the seminar will focus on the latest technologies which will help in teaching the children with special needs and how one will define/identify the real problem and the basic sources or the underlying reasons of how and why such behaviors occur/manifest.
