National Paralegal Training for Teacher-Leaders

The Teachers' Dignity Coalition (TDC), in coordination with the Office of the Department of Education (DepEd) Undersecretary for Legal Affairs and Sentro ng Altematibong Lingap Panligal (SALIGAN), will hold the National Paralegal Training for Teacher-Leaders with the theme "Kaalamang Legal, Aking Tungkulin at Karapatan," on November 20-21, 2011 at the Bayview Park Hotel, Roxas Boulevard, Manila.
The activity aims to:
  1. equip the teacher-leaders with legal knowledge and skills to make them more responsible leaders and educators;
  2. provide them with information on pertinent issues of the educational sector; and
  3. solicit more proposals for a better and improved education system.
The teacher-leaders mainly from the Luzon regions and token delegation from Visayas and Mindanao are allowed to attend on official time only.

Each participant shall be charged a registration fee of Three Thousand Pesos (PhP3,000.00) to cover expenses for board and lodging, materials kits, souvenir items, honoraria for speakers and other incidental expenses.
