1. disseminate to the participants relevant information about breakthroughs, best practices and challenges which emanate from research undertakings, underscoring social responsiblity despite peoples’ socio-cultural and digital divides;
2. increase their awareness on issues and concerns which significantly affect society which radiate from a multidisciplinary and transdisciplinary perspective;
3. revitalize the synergy of all sectors in promoting social accountability and responsibility; and
4. dissseminate research breakthroughs which have utility for community life.
The target participants and presenters to this activity are people of various sectors of society specifically those who are engaged in education from Regions I, II, III, IV-A, IV-B, the National Capital Region (NCR), and the Cordillera Administrative Region (CAR).
The deadline for submission of abstracts and full papers will be on December 16, 2013.
Participation of both public and private schools shall be subject to the no-disruption-of-classes policy as stipulated in DepEd Order No. 9, s. 2005 entitled Instituting Measures to Increase Engaged Time-on-Task and Ensuring Compliance Therewith.
