Documentary Video Against Aquino-Cojuangco Family?

I got this video from youtube, and it spreads like a wildfire. I don't know who created this but it seems so controversial as it depicts the life of Aquino-Cojuangco family, a highly respected and rich family in the Philippines. In the video, Aquino-Cojuangco shows hidden personal interest in politics to protect and expand their vast riches they owned. As they say, "politics is dirty". I wonder what could be President Noynoy Aquino's emotions when he watches this video. Does this video against Aquino-Cojuangco Family? Here's the description of the video which I copied from youtube.
