Most puppeteers I've known are ventriloquists. They are puppet masters who entertain people by changing or using different voices so that it appears that their voices are coming from elsewhere, usually from a puppet or dummy.
This video is taken from a busy sidewalk in South Africa. The dance might be something interpreted as adult. I laughed when I watched this video.
