3. How much will this promo cost to me?
You will be charged P15 when you use this promo.
4. What if I try calling other networks (ie., Smart, TnT, Sun) using prefix 800?
Your call will not connect if you do that.
5. What if I try using the promo but i have less than P15 remaining load?
If you have less than the minimum load balance of P15, you will hear the message "Sorry, you do not have enough money in your account. Please reload immediately!"
6. What if I wasn't able to complete the 15 minutes call duration. Will I still be charged P15?
Yes. The P15.00 fee is a FLAT RATE so you will still be charged P15.00 even without reaching the full 15 minute duration.
7. What will happen if my call exceeds 15 minutes?
After the 15th minute, your call will be cut. You may try using again the promo by dialing 800 + the 10 digit TM/Globe cellphone number.
8. Can I truly consume the 15 minutes without being cut?
Yes, but there are several factors that can cause the call to end, such as the following:
- number decides to end the call
- number decides to end the call
- One of the parties' battery has emptied
One of the parties moved to a location with weak or no signal
9. If I don't have a TM SIM, can I still use this promo?
No. You need to have a TM SIM to be able to use this promo.
10. Is there a limit as to how many times a day can I use this promo?
No. You can avail of the promo as many times as you want as long as you have enough load.
