How to Register in Globe Super One

1. What is the SUPER ONE promo?

Globe SUPER ONE is an unlimited call and text offer to a pre-registered Frequently Called and Text Numbers (FCNs). Now you can make unlimited calls and texts to your favorite Globe or TM number with the following details:

For Postpaid (not valid for Prepaid and My Super Plan)

For MY SUPER PLAN (not valid for Prepaid and Postpaid)

Not yet available for prepaid and load tipid plan subscribers.

Promo runs from June 25 to September 15, 2010. (Per DTI NCR Permit No. 3575, Series of 2010). Promo is available nationwide.

2. Who can avail of the new Globe SUPER ONE promo?

This may be availed of by Globe Postpaid and Globe My Super Plan subscribers only. This service will be made available to Globe Prepaid and Tattoo soon.

3. Is the service available nationwide?

Yes, registration is available anywhere in the country, and once registered, you can make unlimited calls and texts your favorite Globe or TM numbers anywhere in the country.

4. How do I avail of the promo?

To register, just text:

• SUPER ONE <your family or friend's 11-digit Globe/TM #> ON to 8888 for regular Postpaid subscribers
• MY SUPER ONE <your family or friend's 11-digit Globe/TM #>  to 8888 for My Super Plan subscribers

After registration, all texts within the validity of the subscription to your assigned favorite Globe/TM are free.  

5. After I register, how will I know if my Globe SUPER-UNLI is already active?

You will receive a confirmation message from Globe which will let you know that you can start using Globe SUPER ONE.

6. Do I need to use a prefix (or number before my favorite assigned Globe/TM mobile number (e.g 23891xxxxxxxx) when calling using the SUPER ONE promo?

No, there is no prefix dialing required. You can directly dial the 11-digit Globe/TM number to make free or unlimited calls. 

7. How much will I be charged if I made calls to other Globe/TM numbers which is not my assigned favorite number?

For Postpaid subscribers, it would depend on the call rates of your plan.
For My Super Plan, calls to Globe/TM cost P6.50/minute.

8. How much will I be charged if I made calls to other networks?

For Postpaid subscribers, it would depend on call rates of your plan.
For My Super Plan, calls to other networks cost P7.50/minute.

9. How much will I be charged if I text other Globe/TM numbers which is not my assigned favorite number?

For Postpaid subscribers, it would depend on the rates of your plan.
For My Super Plan, text to Globe/TM costs P1/text.

10. How much will I be charged if I made texts to other networks?

For Postpaid subscribers, it would depend on the rates of your plan.
For My Super Plan, text to Globe/TM costs P1/text.

11. Can I avail of this promo while roaming?

The promo is only applicable to calls and texts made within the country and do not apply when you are using the international roaming service. All calls and texts made while roaming or outside the country will be charged the applicable roaming rates.

FOR POSTPAID and MY SUPERPLAN subscribers:
 
When on roaming, SUPER ONE will tentatively be deactivated but duration of subscription will continue to run. Service will be reactivated once subscriber is already back in the Philippines and is using local telecom services.

12. What will happen if subscriber is still in the Philippines and the roaming feature is still active?

Subscriber may register to SUPER ONE as long as he or she is within the Philippines and may enjoy the service as long as he or she is within the Philippines.

13. What will happen if the subscriber has an active SUPER ONE subscription, then activates their roaming?

Roaming activation will be successful even if a subscriber is subscribed to SUPER ONE.SUPER ONE will notbe deactivated automatically after roaming has been activated but the subscriber may not use the promo while roaming. Roaming rates will supersede SUPER ONE Zero Rate when the roamer is outside the Philippines. SUPER ONE will be deactivated by Application Server as scheduled.

FOR MY SUPERPLAN

When on roaming, SUPER ONE will tentatively be deactivated but duration of subscription will continue to run. The add-on service will be reactivated once subscriber is already back in the Philippines and is using local telecom services.

13. Can I register to more than one (1) frequently called and texted number?

Yes. You may register to as many SUPER ONE numbers as you want. The registration fee will be charged on top of each other.

14. When will my SUPER ONE subscription expire?

Postpaid: NO

Auto-renewal subscription every month with 3-month lock up. Effectively there is no expiry unless subscriber manually opts out. Should a subscriber opt to terminate a subscription prior to expiry of the 3-month holding period, a pre-termination fee of P450 per registered number will be charged.

My Superplan: NO

Autorenewal subscription every month. Effectively there is no expiry unless subscriber manually opts out.

15. How can I check if my SUPER ONE subscription is still active?

To check if your SUPER ONE subscription is still active, just text SUPER ONE <11-digit Globe/TM number> STATUS to 8888 for FREE. You will receive a message confirming the status of your subscription and when it will expire.

16. What do I text if I want to know more about the promo?

For POSTPAID
Just text SUPER ONE<space>INFO to 8888. This is free of charge.

For MY SUPERPLAN subscribers:
Just text MYSUPER ONE<space>INFO to 8888. This is free of charge.

17. What should I text if I want to unsubscribe from the promo?

For POSTPAID
Just text SUPER ONE <11-digit Globe/TM mobile number> OFF to 8888. This is free of charge.

For MY SUPERPLAN subscribers:
Just text MYSUPER ONE <11-digit Globe/TM mobile number> OFF to 8888.  This is free of charge.

In case you unsubscribe from the service before your SUPER ONE subscription expires, Globe may no longer refund the registration fee that was charged to your account.

18. Why was my call terminated?

We apologize that your call was cut short. As part of our means to fully optimize network capacity and to maintain the quality of our services, Globe created calling parameters for our SUPER ONE service which may have resulted in your call to be abruptly interrupted. However, I assure you that as long as you are registered to Globe SUPER ONE, you can make as many Globe-to-Globe/TM calls as possible within your subscription period.

19. to SUPER ONE call forward to another Globe or TM number?

No. Call forwarding is not allowed. If subscriber attempts to call a registered SUPER ONE number that has call forwarding activated, the call will not be completed.

20. I still have free SMS in my account. What will happen to my FREE SMS once I subscribe to SUPER ONE?

Any FREE SMS from your plan will be consumed after the expiration of SUPER ONE.  

21. For Postpaid subscribers: Will I be placed under lock-up for subscribing to SUPER ONE?

Yes, there is a 90-day (3 months) lock-up period when subscribing to SUPER ONE. The service is auto-renewed; you have to manually unsubscribe from the service to end subscription.

For MY SUPERPLAN Subscribers: Will I be placed under lock-up for subscribing to SUPER ONE?
No, there is no lock up for SUPER ONE subscription but your subscription is auto-renewed; you have to manually unsubscribe from the service to end subscription.

22. For Postpaid and MY SUPERPLAN subscribers: How will I be billed for my SUPER ONE usage?

Your SUPER ONE registration fee will be included in your bill on top of your actual usage (under one-time charges).  If your plan's monthly service fee is PhP500, another PhP150 is added on top of this, your resulting bill should be PhP650.

23. For Postpaid and MY SUPERPLAN subscribers: When I get my bill, will I get to see the details of the calls I make?

No. Once subscribed to SUPER ONE, your subscription will appear as an additional
