The European Union Delegation to the Philippines with the participation
of the Philippine Daily Inquirer (PDI) will conduct the Feature Writing
Contest About the European Union in the Philippines with the theme " The
European Union and Its Impact in the Philippines.” The feature article
must be written anytime from June to October 2011.
The feature article must adhere to the theme and focus on the European Union and its bilateral relations with the Philippines and any of the European Union’s (EU’s) programmes in the Philippines. Interviews may be conducted with any of the EU’s project and programme partners. Information sources and interviews must be cited. Interviews may be conducted with any of the EU’s project or programme partners. The entries shall be judged during the first round to determine the six (6) finalists based on the following criteria: 1. Substance, content, originality, analysis, and adhere to the theme

The entries must be received on or before October 14, 2011. All entries should be placed in a letter-envelope addressed and sent via registered mail, or personally delivered with signed receipts to: Press and Information
