- plenary lectures and discussions on future concerns amidst the changes in the educational system;
- identifying research opportunities and collaborations for the secondary school chemistry teacher;
- oral and poster paper presentations on chemistry education including results of investigative researches, innovations for classroom/ laboratory instruction and on environmental chemistry;
- talks and exhibits on advocacies and/or activities of various government and nongovernment agencies which would provide useful links that would make chemistry teaching more relevant to current issues;
- hands-on activities relevant to chemistry; and
- tour in the UST heritage sites and viewing of the exhibits in celebration of the University’s 400th year.
The registration fees which include convention materials, certificate of attendance, snacks and lunch are as follows:
