The National Association of Secondary Schools of the Philippines
(NASSPHIL), Inc. will conduct the National Youth Training Congress 2011
with the theme " Sterling Student... Sterling Citizen (The Demands of
Sterling Citizenship... Here and Now)" on September 2-4, 2011 at the
Bacolod Pavilion, Bacolod City.
The congress aims to: - appreciate the demands of sterling citizenship and trace its roots and nuances to personal excellence in high school education; and
- acquire images of the basic principles, practice, and issues of student responsibility at home, in school, in the immediate community, in the nation, in order to come out with an effective rollout-on citizenship formation for the students of a given school or cluster.
