Museo Maritimo

The Asian Institute of Maritime Studies (AIMS) in cooperation with Hinayara Cultural Foundation announces the public opening of its "Museo Maritimo” on September 22, 2012 at the Philippine Trade and Training Center (PTTC).
AIMS accepts its role in nation-building through heritage awareness and cultural appreciation. The Museo Maritimo is envisioned to be the North Star of Philippine Maritime History. It also aims to provide the much needed leadership requisite on self-knowledge for the students and the public as well
.
The conduct of this activity must not disrupt classes as stipulated in DepEd Order No. 9, s. 2005 entitled "Instituting Measures to Increase Engaged Time-on-Task and Ensuring Compliance Therewith.”
