First International Conference on Open and Distance e-Learning (ODeL)

The University of the Philippines Open University (UPOU), UPOU Foundation Inc. (UPOUFI) and the Philippine Society for Distance Learning (PSDL) will host the First International Conference on Open and Distance e-Learning (ODeL) with the theme "Creating Spaces and Possibilities,” on February 22-24, 2012 at the Century Park Hotel, Manila. The Conference aims to:

1. provide a forum for distance education and e-learning scholars, practitioners and policy makers to share and reflect on experiences; and
2. create/collaboratively and explore spaces and possibilities for open distance and e-learning for development.
   

The participants are the regional directors (RDs), schools division/city superintendents (SDSs), and heads of public and private secondary schools.

The registration fee is as follows:
