This Contest aims to:
- encourage children to be responsible for caring the Earth;
- think seriously about the environment that surrounds them; and
- influence their friends and adults to also take action.
The target participants to this activity are children worldwide from ages 6 to 15 years old.
The deadline for submission of entries is on September 14, 2012. The winning works will be displayed from December 13 to 15 at the Eco-Products 2012 show held at the Tokyo Big Sight, where the award ceremony will also take place.
Participation of both public and private schools shall be subject to the no-disruption-of-classes policy as stipulated in DepEd Order No. 9, s. 2005 entitled "Instituting Measures to Increase Engaged Time-on-Task and Ensuring Compliance Therewith.”
